For Buyers

  • How can I search for medical equipment on Mediscala?

    Use the search bar at the top of the page or browse through categories to find the specific equipment or service you’re looking for. 

  • Can I compare different products?

    Yes, Mediscala allows you to compare products side-by-side based on specifications, price, and other features, helping you make the best choice. 

  • Are there financing options for purchasing equipment?

    Financing options may be available through specific sellers. Contact the seller directly through Mediscala’s messaging system to inquire about payment plans or financing. 

For Sellers

  • How do I list my products on Mediscala?

    Once you become a partner, go to your dashboard, click on “Add Listing,” and fill in the product or service details. Listings will be reviewed before they go live. 

  • Is there a fee for listing products?

    Mediscala charges a partnership fee based on the type of product or services provided. Please visit our Become a Partner page and fill out to form for more information on possibilities. 

  • How can I connect with potential buyers?

    Buyers can message you directly through our secure messaging system. You’ll also receive notifications about interested customers, allowing you to respond quickly and discuss details. Every product/service listing page has a contact form and once it's filled, you will get the request via email.

Auctions and Bidding

  • Can I set a minimum bid for auctions?

    Yes, sellers or buyers can set a minimum or maximum bid to ensure competitive pricing. Contact support if you have any specific questions about auction settings. 

  • How do auctions work on Mediscala?

    There are 2 types of auction at Mediscala: Buying Auction and Selling Auction. 

    Buying Auction: Healthcare providers, hospitals and clinics can create buying auctions and specify the products or services that they need. Verified healthcare manufacturers, service providers, resellers or distributors can place bids, and the buyer has the option to select the winning seller.

    Selling Auction: Healthcare providers, resellers or distributors can list equipment or services for auction. Interested buyers can place bids, and the highest bidder at the end of the auction period will win. 

Security and Payment

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Mediscala does not directly sell medical systems or services, so the payment for the listed products or services will be done between buyers and sellers.

    For the membership at Mediscala, we accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, wire transfers, and digital payment options. Please reach out to sales through contact forms in our website to learn more about the options.
