About the Role
Join Mediscala as a Data & Content Specialist and play a key role in enhancing our healthcare marketplace by managing and optimizing product listings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate, engaging, and up-to-date content that drives user engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about improving healthcare accessibility.
In this role, you will:
- Manage content entry by accurately inputting and updating product details, descriptions, and specifications for medical equipment and services in the Mediscala platform
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with Mediscala’s branding and messaging strategies
- Conduct thorough research to gather information on various healthcare products and manufacturers, ensuring all content is accurate and informative
- Perform quality control by reviewing and proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established guidelines
- Support the team in creating engaging marketing materials and social media posts to promote Mediscala’s offerings
- Analyze data related to product listings and customer engagement to identify trends and areas for improvement
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Healthcare, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A proactive attitude and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products or services is preferred but not required
