About the Role

Healthcare manufacturers and providers constantly seek innovative solutions to meet their growth objectives and deliver quality patient care. Mediscala is seeking a collaborative, customer-focused Relationship Manager to help our clients achieve their goals within the healthcare and medical equipment sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with leading manufacturers, hospitals, and healthcare organizations worldwide to enhance their business success.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive customer success and revenue growth by managing your portfolio to deliver on key performance metrics, with a focus on retention and growth
  • Prospect and secure expansion opportunities by educating clients on how Mediscala’s solutions can elevate their market presence and reach
  • Own your territory by conducting customer research, practicing strategic value-based selling, and building data-driven business cases
  • Advocate for your customers by collaborating with internal teams, including Customer Success Managers, Solution Consultants, Customer Support, and Mediscala Research, to provide a seamless experience
  • Build your expertise in healthcare industry trends, go-to-market strategies, and value-added selling

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, such as Account Executive or Account Manager, managing an annual contract value of $1.5M+
  • Proven success in identifying and closing new business opportunities, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior decision-makers, ideally within the healthcare industry
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to healthcare or medical equipment providers
