About the Role
The Business Development Representative role at Mediscala is an excellent starting point for a career in healthcare sales. This position allows individuals to sharpen their communication skills, establish connections with industry professionals, and introduce the Mediscala marketplace to businesses across the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is a motivated, high-energy sales professional with experience in cold calling or high-volume outreach. This hybrid role is based in our [Location/Office].
In this role, you will:
- Drive business growth by actively prospecting and connecting with potential clients via phone, email, and social channels
- Build quick, meaningful relationships with contacts, opening doors to new opportunities
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Mediscala sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to assess lead quality and drive conversions
- Develop and manage a pipeline to efficiently navigate the early stages of the sales process
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, utilizing strategic account planning to drive results
- Promote Mediscala and its value as a leading healthcare marketplace
- Meet and exceed targets for qualified opportunities and closed business
Minimum Qualifications:

- 6 months-1.5 years of sales experience or a related role
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, or similar outreach
- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
